“Do not let Sunday be taken from you. If your soul has no Sunday, it becomes an orphan.” ~Albert Schweitzer

During the Coronavirus, lines were getting blurred between work and home. I’m working from home, so I’ve modified my Sunday night routine to adapt to these crazy times and return to normalcy.

I don’t have a commute anymore, I don’t have to dress up often, and I don’t have to pack my lunch, but having a few things ready to go makes my week run smoother.

One hour of cleaning, decluttering, and organizing

Clutter affects our mental health. A study by Princeton University observed that clutter makes it difficult to concentrate and to single task. Things to do include:

*Clean out your purse/tote bag

*Clean off Workspace — paper, mail, snack wrappers

*Clear the kitchen counter and other flat surfaces that collect clutter

*Spend 10 minutes cleaning up electronics — physically and declutter photos and files
